Online, Gen Z and Millennials are constantly at odds. Offline, they sit side-by-side, quietly judging each other’s playlists, slang, and life choices.

 

We saw an opportunity to turn that tension into entertainment, positioning PopWorks as the release that allows different generations to sit together and clear their differences.

So we created Crunch It Out, a vodcast-style social series built on generational debates. From office etiquette to student-life chaos, we turned everyday friction into sharp, socially-native content.

Produced entirely in-house, from concept to set design and props, the series proved that with a strong idea, you don’t need a big budget to build an entertaining, ownable format.
